Kali was so nice to me and patient. Broccoli AND Chicken both needed to be replenished. Kali handled the situation well by ensuring the kitchen staff knew to get it going ASAP. While I waited she completed what she could of the bowl and then ensured I got my food as soon as it was ready. I was very impressed and appreciative of the customer service & attentiveness I received. Hopefully she is recognized as she has the “IT” factor customers want to see. Looking forward to coming again soon!

As a Palm Beach County local real estate agent and a busy mom who’s always on the lookout for healthy, nutrient-packed food for my family and myself, I have to give a big shout-out to Bolay. This is one of those franchises that truly deserves congratulations for what they’ve achieved and the quality they consistently offer. We absolutely love, love going to Bolay, and we usually stop at the location on 441 near Wellington. It has become one of our go-to spots when we want something quick, healthy, and genuinely delicious. The bowls are phenomenal. The pricing is honestly unbeatable for the quality you get, and the ingredients always taste incredibly fresh. You can tell they really care about what goes into their food. One of our personal favorites is the Asian ginger noodles, and all of their chicken options are fantastic. The veggies are always fresh, well-seasoned, and full of flavor (exactly what you hope for when you’re trying to eat clean without sacrificing taste.) And their chocolate chip cookies are…to die for!!! As someone constantly balancing work, showings, and family life, I appreciate places where I can stop for a quick lunch, grab something healthy on the go, or take it away when I’m in a rush. Bolay checks all those boxes. The ambiance is always welcoming, and the team at this location is consistently friendly, helpful, and happy to guide you through the menu. For me, this place is a 10 out of 10. Great food, great value, and great people. Chapeau, Bolay!! Keep up the amazing work!

Stopped in for lunch last week, and was impressed with their offerings. Ingredients were fresh, and plenty. Flavors were incredible, service was fast, pleasant, and on point. Seating areas were clean. Will definitely come back here when I am in the area!

Bolay is always delicious and you feel good about eating it. The food is made in a timely manner with online ordering. I am on the road all day and timing is important, they never let me down.

All the employees and managers at this location are awesome, and the food is awesome too. It's definitely more expensive than I would like it to be, and that keeps me from returning as often as I'd like to. I wish the app would allow me to place an order online to my location and then allow me to choose to pay in cash so that I could automatically collect my rewards points and also apply them to my order, like the Domino's app for example. I've always had really good experiences at bolay. Everyone here is very nice and very hard-working. I honestly would rate the place 11 out of 10 if it weren't for a few things, and I do have some feedback: Sometimes the beans are incredibly salty with no flavor. The food is often lukewarm. I wish it was actually hot and came with a "WARNING! HOT!" label. It's not really fun eating it when it's lukewarm, which it almost always ends up being by the time I pay and get napkins and fill up my drink and sit down. Lately I noticed that the sweet potato had a weird flavor to it that was bad enough that I picked it out of my bowl before finishing eating. I really love the tofu, but I've been noticing this strange spicy flavor in my bowl, but I can't exactly make out which ingredient it's sneaking in through. I can't handle spicy food at all, and I have enjoyed the same meal at bolay multiple times, and now suddenly there's this spicy flavor. I really hope they're not changing the spices. The black cherry soda is incredibly good, but sometimes it tastes watery. I wish the black cherry soda had a Stevia based option or sugar-free option for the same black cherry flavor. The music is incredibly loud and obnoxious, and for some reason it gives me this weird impression that makes me wonder if it could possibly seem to allegedly sound similar to very low budget AI generated music, but I could be wrong. Most of the time I'm so overwhelmed and overstimulated by the loud and obnoxious music, that I struggle to concentrate on enjoying my meal and sit there for much longer than I intended because I can't even think clearly while eating, and it even makes ordering difficult. I often have a massive headache before I'm even done eating. Edit: I ate at bolay again and the music was even louder than ever. Really makes it a struggle to convince myself to come back again each time. Also I noticed that there are always plastic forks and knives, but there are never any plastic spoons. I'm always sitting there thinking about how nice it would be to have a spoon. edit 2: the music was substantially less loud this time and it was more relaxing and peaceful. a lot of the seats and tables were very dirty and sticky and I had to clean up before sitting down. As always, everyone at this location is incredibly kind and professional and efficient. With some improvements, it could be 11/10
