Saw you guys on Instagram so wanted to check it out for myself and wow I’m glad I did. Ended up getting the OG breakfast sandwich with an iced coffee and the sandwich was delicious and the coffee was very good too. Looking forward to stopping by soon to try the chorizo burger. 10/10 recommend to anyone to try them out if you’re in the area!

Incredible smash burgers, true to the name. I had the chorizo burger, and my friend had the Wagyu burger. Both were so delicious. Also highly recommend ordering the tallow fries, they give you a lot for only five dollars, and they are so crispy. Honestly, the best Smashburger I’ve ever had.

I finally tried Poblano South and WOW… hands down the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in years. Everything was incredible — the coffee, the hash, the sandwich, the jam… every single bite was amazing. You can really taste the quality and care in the food. The flavors were unique, comforting, and honestly unforgettable. I already can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend if you’re anywhere near Delray Beach!

I had high hopes for this place due to the higher reviews, but after getting my wagyu Burger, it was absolute garbage. Going to the bathroom involves going into the kitchen and to the back of the building. I saw flies on the hamburger meat. That was my first cue this wasn't going to be very good. He doesn't have mushrooms. I genuinely love mushrooms with My burgers. The hamburger itself was horrible. It's very expensive. With tip and a drink, my bill came out to 30 bucks for a hamburger. They put this garbage sauce on top and I didn't know they were going to do that, because it's my first time here, and he knew it was my first time here and he didn't say anything. It tastes like rancid salad dressing. All in all, instead of going here, you can go a mile or two up the road to tropical smokehouse, which is a real restaurant, and has incredible hamburger/ cheeseburgers, and for the same amount of money you will not be disappointed at all. The only thing I can think about is these positive reviews, and either he paid people to give them or they're his friends and family. Because this food is rancid.

We absolutely love Poblano South smash burgers! We look forward to it at every green market we attend and have even ordered pick up from their physical location in Delray located at Lake Ida & Congress! No other smash burger has ever come close. We gave up trying to duplicate the experience anywhere else! A must have treat!
