Today I had the pleasure of dining for the first time at **Oliv Pit Restaurant**, invited by a friend to celebrate my birthday. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. I ordered the **lamb chops**, and they were simply exquisite — perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the **service was friendly and attentive**, making the meal even more enjoyable. A truly memorable first visit, and I look forward to returning soon! Highly recommended for anyone who loves great food and a great dining experience.

This is a family-owned Greek restaurant offers a truly authentic dining experience. The customer service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everything we ordered was thoroughly enjoyable. The Greek salad was a standout: crisp, fresh, and full of vibrant flavors that highlighted the quality of the ingredients. The meat platter was both generous and delicious, featuring a variety of well-seasoned meats including gyro, grilled chicken breast, steak, lamb, beef kefta, and beef sausage—plenty for four people to share. The fries were crisp and satisfying, while the lemon potatoes were tasty, though I would have loved a bit more lemon and garlic to enhance the flavor. We were too full to try dessert, but our kind waiter surprised us with complimentary powdered sugar cookies that were absolutely delightful—a perfect sweet ending to a memorable meal.

Delicious and Authentic Greek Food! I'm Greek and I keep expectations low when I go to Greek restaurants, but my friend was in the mood for Greek food and we took a chance. I was blown away and so was my friend! The tzatziki sauce right on point! The Greek salad (just like in Greece, no lettuce) super fresh and plentiful! The fried feta with honey to die for and better than even restaurants in Greece! The dolmathes (stuffed grape leaves) home-made and not out of a can! The zucchini crockets crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the right amount of dill on the inside! We also shared the Branzino -we picked lemon potatoes and rice as the side - was beyond delicious and well-made and I know I will be craving it again soon! Yanni, our waiter, was very attentive and all the food came out promptly! Definitely looking forward to going back soon with my family!

Food is delicious. If you can stomach paying $31 including 18%tip for a gyro and a coke. Gyro $14 Feta cheese $2 Tzatziki (2oz) $2…. And here’s the kicker. I asked for the French fries inside the pita, which would have been an additional $2. I can do that. But the server decided to add on the side of fries ( a mere handful) for another $6…and the CAN of Coca Cola was $4.00…. How do these business owners have the gall to charge such outrageous prices for a gyro with French fries and coke. So $24 gyro and $4 coke is $28…. Worst part is the deception on the French fries. They did this to me last time when I asked for a side of tzatziki. They server didn’t tell me price and sent out a side with pita bread at $14 when I asked for extra for the gyro. They need to be transparent and not worry about offending someone when they tell the customer the price of what they asked for versus surprising them at checkout with an inflated bill. That was the excuse, some people they get mad when we tell them the price. Well, I come down every two months from north Florida and bring 4-6 guests every time on a Saturday at 3pm when it’s dead. My guests and I have been the only guests in the dining room every time. Instead of appreciating the business I bring, they deceive you with kindness and shock you with the inflated bill. Won’t go back, ever again.

It’s a great authentic Greek food. Good taste, good service and friendly servers. Nice atmosphere. One problem they took a long time to serve the food. Highly recommended
