What a memorable dining experience. Incredible people watching in Palm Beach! Service was over the top. We must have had 3-4 people watching our table. Server was very attentive and kind and was helping with menu questions specifically around the fish. She suggested the red snapper special over the branzino and she didn’t hesitate. Excellent suggestion. Incredibly fresh and delicious! We also had the bread (wow) watermelon and feta salad, steak empanadas, prime rib aujus sandwich, short rib and the rigatoni. The rigatoni was the only dish we felt was “lacking”. The sandwich and the short rib were incredibly flavorful and not fatty. So good. Lastly, had the fries which were perfectly crispy and lightly salted. Drinks were good, had the “polo” star and the gold rush which was a spin on the old fashioned. Will absolutely return. What a scene!

Definitely worth the hype! We started with the caviar tartelettes, empanadas, croissants, and tuna tartare, and every appetizer was excellent. For dinner, we had the black summer truffle rigatoni, the sea bass, and the bone-in ribeye. Every dish was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. What really set this place apart, though, was the service. It was hands down the best service I’ve experienced in a very, very long time. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like we were the only table in the restaurant. The Polo Room isn’t inexpensive, but this is one of those rare restaurants where you truly get what you pay for. Between the food, the service, and the atmosphere, every dollar felt well spent. If you’re looking for an incredible dining experience in Palm Beach, this place is absolutely worth it. We’ll definitely be back.

Great ambiance, the most energetic in Palm Beach. The staff and service were excellent and all the dishes we tried were very nice. Highly recommend the caviar tartaletes, the mini empanadas, the rigatoni and the sea bass. Will definitely come back to this place.

Delicious pasta, a beautiful ambiance, and outstanding service! Every dish was full of flavor, and the welcoming atmosphere made our visit so enjoyable. Definitely a place worth visiting.
