We had a great experience at The Melting Pot! The food was delicious, everything came out fresh, and the fondue experience was fun from start to finish. Our waitress, Michelle, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. She explained the menu well, checked on us throughout the meal, and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. Excellent service and a great atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back, and we hope to have Michelle as our server again!

Brought our 10&12 year old with us for something different and fun on a friday night. We all really enjoyed it and GinaLouise was so great too! She took the time to explain everything to us first timers. We'll definitely be back! All the food was great and a fun experience!

We came for a date night and ordered the Surf and Turf for both of us and shared steak and lobster, we added shrimp and it was all so good. We reserved chocolate dipped strawberries with our reservation (and free from signing up for Club Fondue!) we took them home to enjoy later because we were STUFFED. I ordered a few drinks like the Cotton Candy Cosmo, a glass of Chardonnay, and ended with the yin yang martini. Our server GinaLouise, was attentive and friendly and the restaurant was clean, good music playing and very chill vibe.

GinaLouise took care our party for my niece’s 16th birthday. She provided phenomenal service and made the night just even that more special. While I’m a veteran of the melting pot it was my niece’s first visit and she made it a memorable one! Thank you GinaLouise for helping make my baby girls birthday one for the books!

My wife celebrated her birthday here today… Michelle‘s service was spot on… We never had to wait for any of our courses to be delivered… Her knowledge of the menu and the suggestions that she made certainly enhanced our evening… Just an excellent experience with regard to both service and food quality! We will definitely be back and will ask for Michelle!
