We had the opportunity to experience a variety of items from the menu, including small dishes, drinks, and desserts and every single one of them exceeded our expectations. Everything was executed with precision and exceptional taste. The overall experience was so impressive that we’re already thinking about when we can come back. In fact, next time we’re planning to visit for lunch to explore a different side of the menu. A special mention to the assistant manager Hacı, who took outstanding care of us throughout the evening. His professionalism, genuine passion for his work, and attention to detail truly elevated the experience. The same level of excellence was reflected across the entire team, every staff member was attentive, well-trained, and highly engaged. Being addressed by name by different team members created a very personalized and premium atmosphere. This is a place we would return to again and again without hesitation, and confidently recommend to anyone looking for a top-tier dining experience. An exceptional restaurant in every aspect.

We typically do The Circle at The Breakers for Mother's day and were very curious as to how Florie's would compare and it was absolutely phenomenal. Less space and slightly more cramped, but it's cozy and intimate. Food was fantastic, loved the seafood display, meats/fish, and dessert section. Service is your typical Four Seasons, super friendly and took care of everything we needed. Only complaint would be the AC seemingly going out towards the end of our meal. I would assume it's not typically got this much in/out traffic right at the restaurant. Absolutely recommend if you're looking to a buffet alternative to The Breakers for events.

One of the better restaurants in the palm beach area — definitely liked this restaurant more than the surf club (surfside four seasons), and quality (in our opinion) exceeds anything at the breakers. Excellent service. Food was lovely. Salad, though good, was pretty sparse for its price point. Everything else was on par. Oysters excellent. Rib was the best we’ve had in all of south Florida. Snapper was excellent, also one of the top in south Florida. only place I’ve had better preparation of it was at four seasons Napa (not generally on the menu but was special). We pass thru the area frequently and this has become one of our favorite spots for when we’re here!!

This was a fabulous place from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. We were greeted immediately and shown to the table we requested. Service was professional and friendly without being intrusive. The atmoshphere was classy and quiet; And the food! We had tuna tartare which was perfectly seasoned and the fresh homemade bread and dipping oil were exquisite. (My husband is a baker in France and we are bread snobs.) The swordfish and lamb chops were cooked to perfection, not dry at all. The brussel sprouts and mashed sides were perfect. And the key lime pie was classic yet uniquely done with a crispy meringue. And an extensive wine list of course. Both a multicourse feast and a simple high quality meal are possible here; And we felt welcome to make any choice. We will be back and you won't be sorry if you go!

While we stay four seasons palm beach, we went Flores for dinner. The chef who runs this restaurant’s also owns 3 star Michelin restaurants in French. Food is amazing and ofc the top notch four season’s service. We ordered a light dinner with pizza and flories farmer salad with hummus , the salad is amazing and pizza is delightful! Let me tell you - This place make the best bread! And there is even a poem to the bread hahah only French chef will do this 😻😻 see the pic of the poem - let just say the bread is well deserve this poem ;) The bread seems like spelt flour bread but it is not, the waiter so knowledgeable explain how they make the bread it is quite sophisticated. I do not normally eat bread but I had half of this and took rest back to room ate them all . We going Friday again will try other dish I will update my review 😻 Update Jan 7, 2025 Ok - today is the 3rd time we dine at flories because everything is good! Today we had truffles white source pizza - BRONTESSELLA PIZZA and catch of the day it is so good! We had a drink looks like cherry blossom cocktail very good and pretty
