The food here is very good but before you come in you really need to prepare yourself for slow service. There are several reviews that describe long wait times and the menu literally states to order food 20 minutes in advance before arrival for best service. I have never seen this on any menu. From an operations standpoint this restaurant bites off more than it can chew. As my girlfriend and I sat for 40 minutes waiting for our two chicken barbeque plates I saw several catering/to go orders come out of the kitchen. I want this place to succeed especially as a native born Filipino but they really need to work on their service. Customers that are seated IN PERSON should ALWAYS be the priority, not to-go orders or catering. There were several other families waiting for 30/40 minutes as well and it is rather unfortunate considering the food is very good. This restaurant needs to boost their back of house staff and start prioritizing customers seated in side. As far as the food goes it was excellent. The lumpiang shanghai came out hot and it tasted great. The chicken barbeque is authentic and the pancit had fresh veggies. I thought the laing could have been reduced down a bit more but it was still good. The portions are generous as well.

I didn’t even get an opportunity to try this place. I was given a menu and told to seat myself. I sat for 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me or taking my drink or food order. I got up and walked out. Terrible service *FOR CLARIFICATION* The restaurant is small and was not incredibly busy. The large group in the middle of the restaurant was getting their halo halo dessert when I came in, also a sign their meal is coming to a close. There were only 2 other tables with occupants. It is a very small restaurant. Even the busiest of restaurants don’t allow patrons to wait 15 full minutes before even greeting the customer or taking a drink order. I’ve been to restaurants triple the size on holidays where they were understaffed and I still never waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged. That’s unacceptable no matter the restaurant

Wow what an experience so caring the waitress dolly was outstanding so happy and welcoming as well as an amazing server. She made us like the place even more. Great personality can't wait to come

Unique experience, chef came to table to take order and described and gave recommendations of what to order. And then actually brought out a sample. Service was minimal and food takes a while to prepare. We'll worth it.
