CVI.CHE 105 is the perfect date night spot! It has all the trendy Miami vibes without the long drive. I absolutely loved the atmosphere! The décor and ambiance is so fun and really sets the mood. It was a little loud for conversation, but the music was great and fit the vibe perfectly. Santiago was an amazing server! 10/10 service! He was attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. The food was delicious. The ceviche and causa were standout dishes, and while the concha was good, I didn't think it quite justified the price. I also had a fantastic cocktail that I'd definitely order again. Overall, such a fun experience, and I'll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Stopped in during happy hour after a busy day and was looking forward to relaxing. The atmosphere is beautiful, the happy hour menu is well put together, and the food and drinks were excellent. The chef’s photos throughout the restaurant even gave the place some personality and made me smile. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the food. I was dining alone at the bar, ordered wine and two happy hour appetizers, and after I asked for my check, I waited about 40 minutes. During that time, my empty water glass was never refilled, no one checked how the food was, and I wasn’t asked if I needed anything else. Because of the long wait, I left a 15% tip. A few minutes later, the server made comments about my tip, which completely changed what had been a very enjoyable experience. I shared my concerns with the floor manager since the general manager wasn’t available. She listened, but I left feeling that my concerns weren’t taken very seriously. This is a restaurant I’d like to come back to because the food, drinks, and atmosphere are worth it. My suggestion to management is to focus on hospitality training. Great food brings people in, but great service is what keeps them coming back.

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service we received. Our waiter Ivan was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. He always greeted us with a smile, made sure we had everything we needed, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. His warmth and dedication made our experience even more special. It was truly exceptional service that deserves recognition. Thank you for making our visit such a pleasant and memorable experience!

My husband and son made a reservation to celebrate my birthday. Despite having a reservation, we were seated at some rather unkempt tables located inside the mall area. Since it was late, we didn't want to bother looking for other alternatives, so we accepted the seating arrangement. However, the waiter who served us was indifferent, uninformed, and surly. Another staff member came to our table to introduce the dishes; that person was quite pleasant and friendly. As for the atmosphere, it is undeniably impressive—both the interior space and the outdoor area (outside of the mall section) are quite beautiful and captivating. The seating area located inside the mall, however, is indistinguishable from a fast-food court! The presentation of the dishes was excellent, but their actual flavor did not quite live up to the visuals. The cocktails looked stylish, but in terms of taste, they were merely average. We certainly did not feel we received value for the money we paid. Would I go there again? Perhaps—but only if there were a special promotion; otherwise, definitely not.

Santiago and the service were amazing, the ambience on the patio as well. Really cool design and decor overall. The food was mostly great, as a Peruvian the Anticucho seasoning tasted just like home, the Causa was great, and the ceviche was up to par. Unfortunately I got the conchas à la Chalaca and they were the furthest thing from what I expected after the first 3 dishes, the portion was minuscule which I get for the scallops but even the portion of Chalaca sauce on top was barely there and the flavor was mild at best, except for the creamy chipotle sauce that came with it for some reason which was intense and clashed completely with the rest of the flavors. I would absolutely not order them again and for the price point I expected a lot more flavor and portion wise. Besides that the rest of the food was delicious and the service top notch.
