This has quickly become one of our favorite spots near the school. The variety of healthy options is amazing—there’s truly something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a sweet treat , a nourishing bite or a quick snack between activities. I especially love stopping by in the afternoon for a coffee while watching my son play soccer—it’s the perfect little moment of calm in a busy day. What really makes this place special, though, is the people. Monica and Andrew always make you feel so welcome and at home. Their kindness and genuine hospitality keep us coming back again and again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, healthy, and friendly neighborhood café!

Lovely coffee place!!!! Im so happy with the place, service and products!!! The coffee , and variety of snacks are great!!! Service is outstanding, always making you feel at home with the most delicious coffee in the area! Thank you Monica and Adrew for being so kind and welcoming always!

I had a great experience at the Seaview café, enjoying a delicious and fresh sandwich in a warm, inviting atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, and everything—from the food to the coffee—was thoughtfully prepared. I’d definitely recommend it and plan to return.

Very chic shop!! It was great seeing all the healthy drink varieties. Coffee was very tasty (I am a New Yorker and we love our còffee) How cool is that the owner, Monica makes these delicious looking cookies??
