One of my favorite spots! I eat their chia pudding almost every morning, the steak bowl is incredible, and every smoothie I’ve tried has been delicious. Don’t skip the pastries- the cookies are so good. Fresh food, great people, and consistently amazing every time.

Absolutely loved this spot ! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and intentional, perfect balance of cozy and elevated. The coffee was exceptional, rich, smooth, and clearly made with care. You can taste the quality in every sip Service was just as impressive friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without feeling forced. Great place to hang out, amazing food!! I will definitely be back here. Everything seemed very fresh, the counter. Girl was so friendly. I got the fig and honey toast and can’t wait to try the avocado next time.

Great find! Was in the area kayaking and stumbled upon this cute little cafe/surf shop. Really cool concept. Love the decor inside and the food is soooo good. Will be back whenever I’m in tequesta! Also had the coconut iced matcha, so good wow. Açaí bowls were also AMAZING.

The only food I wouldn’t recommend is the wrap, as it used guac instead of avocado (avo was advertised), made the flavour mediocre The rest of the food is delicious and close to home made. Love the 5 egg whites meal with chicken breast, cottage cheese, avocado and tomato. It’s a must try if you’re keen for high protein food without the high sodium!
