A hidden gem right in our backyard! A cozy little place, beautiful atmosphere to enjoy a delicious meal and some coffee. The food was delicious, although I’m not 100% sure about the 🥜 in the tuna, but I’ll take it. If you have a nut allergy, make sure you ask and re-iterate it. Otherwise, highly recommend this place.

The Nutella croissants are addictive in the best possible sense. Every member of the staff works with a dedication and warmth that make Carmela Westlake truly special. I absolutely loved this coffee shop! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, the kind of place you can relax in for hours. The coffee was smooth, rich, and clearly made with care — you can taste the difference right away. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. My fiancé and I just recently moved out to Westlake and we’re in search of a new local coffee shop. We found Carmela and decided to give it a try this morning. We absolutely lovedddd it!!! The vibe inside is rustic and beautiful, and it was so clean!!! The girls working behind the counter were so sweet and accommodating! I asked her if she could add a touch more coffee to make my coffee a little less sweet, and she brewed me a fresh shot of espresso to add. We will definitely be coming back here. Looking like Carmela is our new local coffee spot!
