Just moved to Boca Raton a few weeks ago and have been trying every coffee shop I can find, and somehow I missed Cafe Louis until now. Walking in felt completely different from the typical chain coffee experience. The atmosphere is upscale but comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the smell of fresh espresso hit me the second I opened the door. What absolutely won me over was the combination of the coffee and the food. The espresso was rich, smooth, and easily one of the best espresso drinks I’ve had in Boca Raton. I paired it with a slice of their famous quiche and now I understand why people keep talking about it. The crust was perfectly flaky, the filling was packed with flavor, and it felt like something you’d find in a high-end café rather than a neighborhood coffee shop. If you’re searching for the best coffee in Boca Raton, premium espresso, handcrafted lattes, and an incredible quiche experience, Cafe Louis needs to be on your list. This place has officially become my new morning stop and one of my favorite hidden gems in East Boca.

What a gem! The atmosphere here is so cool and inviting - perfect spot to relax. The finger foods were fantastic, especially the quiche on a croissant (such a creative combo!). My iced coffee was delicious too. Nick, the owner, is awesome his customer service is amazing and it’s clear he genuinely loves what he does. Brooklyn made my coffee with so much care, and you could really taste the difference. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back!

A friend of mine was in town and asked if I’d drive up to Boca (from broward) and meet him for coffee. I did a little googling around - looking for the kind of place that evoked what we both liked about Boca, having grown up there. This place fit the bill as seeming rather quirky and fun. And it lived up to that 100%. The owner runs several businesses out of his storefront, and has developed a sort of network of other businesses to share with customers. The coffee shop is a way to build a community in a way. His dog is there and he is as sweet as can be and happy to hang out with everyone. My friend and I sat for literally hours and caught up, and spent time chatting with the owner and generally just soaking up the atmosphere of the place. Now to the reason we went there: the coffee! He has a great machine and a nice blend of coffee. We had lattes and they were terrific. Very smooth and nice. My friend also ordered a quiche - and adding to the quirkiness of it all, the owner said he hadn’t gotten his delivery for the day but would call the nearby place that makes them and make sure he got them there soon! And a short time later the “quiche guy” came with them. I didn’t try it, but my friend said it was quite enjoyable. And the fact that it was delivered just made the experience kind of delightful. I would definitely go back to soak up the ambiance, see his dog, and have another good coffee.

I stopped in for a quick pick-me-up and will definitely come back again. This coffee shop offers an amazing selection of delicious coffee and treats, and I was lucky enough to be greeted by the sweetest of dogs. Love the environment and the vibe!

If you’re in East Boca, you have to check out Louie Café it’s officially one of my new favorite spots. First off, it’s dog friendly which already wins me over, and the owner’s black lab, Benji, is the sweetest thing ever 🐾 He’ll even bring you his chewy toy like he’s personally welcoming you it’s the cutest thing. The muffins? SO moist and fresh you can taste the difference And the cappuccino is on point, perfectly balanced and smooth. I also tried the vanilla latte, and wow!!! just as good. The vibe is beautiful, laid back, and effortlessly cool. You can tell the owner really cares about the space and the people who walk through the door. Honestly, this place is a must visit if you’re anywhere near East Boca. You won’t regret it!!!!
