Seriously one of the best meals we’ve had in a long time. Featuring dry-aged fish for their crudo and sushi is such a game changer, the flavor is unreal, and everything still tastes insanely fresh. We had the dumpling tasting, bluefin tataki, tri scallop roll, and the futo maki tuna, and every single thing was packed with flavor and beautifully done. You can tell a lot of thought and skill goes into every dish. Also, Rowan was amazing, super attentive, knowledgeable, and just made the whole experience even better. Amazing food, amazing service… already looking forward to coming back.
Found this little gem off Atlantic Ave. Food was spectacular and atmosphere was great. Very cool spot with nice outdoor seating. The food was so delicious. Food was fresh and flavorful. Recommend the Tri- scallop roll and Madai crudo and dumpling sampler. They definitely put a lot of care into ingredients and the culinary experience. Mixed it up and loved evrything we ordered. Can’t wait to go back and try more of the menu. Must try new in Delray!! Well done Chubby cat!!
Had such a great meal! The trio toro sushi were incredibly fresh and just melted in the mouth. The sushi roll was perfectly balanced with great flavors that worked really well together. The uni pasta was also delicious and rich without being too heavy. To finish, the matcha cheesecake was amazing — strong matcha flavor and not overly sweet. Definitely a satisfying meal!
Been there for the first time, first so easy to find the parking just right in front of the Delray public parking building.then my first plate came it was a salad with romaine and pork belly it was one of the best salad I ever had highly recommended it look like cesar but after the first bite it brought me back to asia then I order sushi with blue fin toro and Ikura the roll was just like what I had in Japan the ingredients was fresh and definitely they use top quality very impressive, another dish that I love the most is the Branzino I had grilled Branzino in so many restaurants before Greek style, American etc. but what it’s make this one different I think because of the dry aging process that they claim It make the skin crispy hut in side is bursting with flavor and still juicy for the drink I got their little twist Old Fashioned it was great well balanced and love the way that the Bartender came to serve you right by the table. Will come back definitely
The food here is amazing, with every dish packed with vibrant, fresh flavors that leave you craving more. The cute little tables, decorated with table lights create such a cozy and charming vibe and you can read your menu and see the food. The waiter was the absolute best! Super friendly and spot-on with recommendations! I recommend!
