not sure why this doesnt have 5 stars. The food here is incredible. It’s so nostalgic of the diners i used to go to as a kid in new york. 10/10 recommend. Best breakfast/brunch food I’ve had since living in the area. Lastly, i will say it is visited mostly by older patrons (which i assume are writing most of these reviews), i want to shoutout to the younger people to start coming here - it is a great place to come with a hangover lol

Fair prices and decent food until we realized both salads had bugs in them. Kitchen should be investigated by the Health Department. Manager didn't seem to concerted, said "I know we should wash the lettuce better."

Very welcoming from the moment I open the door. The two lady’s that took care of me worked well together and made me smile and feel comfortable. Definitely coming back soon. $19 for a drink and a well season burger, fresh veggies. Thank you again can’t wait to come back and try other dishes

Really nice staff. Had the combination omelette with home fries and a coffee. Was very delicious and was able to get consistent refills on my coffee. Very busy place but it wasn’t a very long wait, however I did dine alone.

I want to recognize Nicky for her outstanding service during my breakfast visit the other day. From the moment I walked in, I was met by the owner, Edmund. It is clear that he takes immense pride in his business; the restaurant is clean, organized, and the staff is incredibly professional in their approach to serving customers. It was very impressive. I especially loved how personable Nicky was—she even sat down for a moment just to say hello before I left. She truly brings back that 'hometown diner' feel that has been lost in most restaurants today. Edmund should be very proud to have established a place where the community can enjoy wonderful food and fantastic service. You can really tell they care about their customers. While Nicky did a fantastic job, I also want to mention that the rest of the waitstaff is outstanding. Even the gentleman collecting the dishes is always polite and quick to clear the table. From beginning to end, this is the number one place to go! AKA: Grandpa Bobby
