Just moved to Boca Raton a few weeks ago and have been trying every coffee shop I can find, and somehow I missed Cafe Louis until now. Walking in felt completely different from the typical chain coffee experience. The atmosphere is upscale but comfortable, the staff was welcoming, and the smell of fresh espresso hit me the second I opened the door. What absolutely won me over was the combination of the coffee and the food. The espresso was rich, smooth, and easily one of the best espresso drinks I’ve had in Boca Raton. I paired it with a slice of their famous quiche and now I understand why people keep talking about it. The crust was perfectly flaky, the filling was packed with flavor, and it felt like something you’d find in a high-end café rather than a neighborhood coffee shop. If you’re searching for the best coffee in Boca Raton, premium espresso, handcrafted lattes, and an incredible quiche experience, Cafe Louis needs to be on your list. This place has officially become my new morning stop and one of my favorite hidden gems in East Boca.

What a gem! The atmosphere here is so cool and inviting - perfect spot to relax. The finger foods were fantastic, especially the quiche on a croissant (such a creative combo!). My iced coffee was delicious too. Nick, the owner, is awesome his customer service is amazing and it’s clear he genuinely loves what he does. Brooklyn made my coffee with so much care, and you could really taste the difference. Highly recommend this place, I will definitely be back!

I stopped in for a quick pick-me-up and will definitely come back again. This coffee shop offers an amazing selection of delicious coffee and treats, and I was lucky enough to be greeted by the sweetest of dogs. Love the environment and the vibe!

If you’re in East Boca, you have to check out Louie Café it’s officially one of my new favorite spots. First off, it’s dog friendly which already wins me over, and the owner’s black lab, Benji, is the sweetest thing ever 🐾 He’ll even bring you his chewy toy like he’s personally welcoming you it’s the cutest thing. The muffins? SO moist and fresh you can taste the difference And the cappuccino is on point, perfectly balanced and smooth. I also tried the vanilla latte, and wow!!! just as good. The vibe is beautiful, laid back, and effortlessly cool. You can tell the owner really cares about the space and the people who walk through the door. Honestly, this place is a must visit if you’re anywhere near East Boca. You won’t regret it!!!!

I have a working theory that Cafe Louis has a banana tree hidden somewhere in the back. It’s the only explanation. That banana bread is so ridiculously fresh and moist I’m convinced they pick the bananas, apologize to the tree, and have the loaf in the oven before the peel even hits the trash. I took one bite and immediately started questioning every piece of banana bread I’ve ever eaten. Turns out I’ve just been eating banana-shaped disappointment my entire life. Then I ordered the Coco Chanelatte. Whoever came up with that drink deserves a standing ovation. It’s smooth, rich, perfectly balanced, and so good it made me stare out the window for a minute like I had just experienced personal growth. The coffee and the banana bread together should honestly be considered a controlled substance. I came in thinking I’d grab a quick coffee. Instead, I accidentally scheduled the highlight of my day. If you’re looking for pastries that taste like they were made this week, keep driving. If you’re looking for banana bread so fresh it feels like the bananas volunteered for the mission, paired with a Coco Chanelatte that will ruin ordinary coffee forever… Welcome to Cafe Louis. Don’t blame us when you start inventing errands just so you have an excuse to stop by again.
