My wife & I had dinner there and we both had the 8 oz tenderloin..probably the BEST steak in town. Extremely tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Absolutely amazing. The crème brûlée was also delicious. And Jorje, our server, was great. Excellent service all around.

We had a very lovely meal and great service. We usually all get different meals and everything was wonderful. I would suggest the short ribs, Bolognese or the chicken dish, incredible. We had the caesar salad and it was okay but the burrata salad is wonderful. The only opportunity I found was that we had a table beside the French doors and due the current weather, there was actual wind coming through the doors. Our server was lovely and offered to move us but at that point, we had already ordered our meals. Fortunately, one of the hosts came over and physically added painter's tape to the door. We have been coming here for years and I am hoping that this issue can be addressed since the AC returns are very modern in nature.

I was expecting an authentic European dining experience—especially since they’re listed as a “continental restaurant” on Google—but instead I got an overpriced plate full of fries. The menu is very American overall. Really disappointed.

As a loyal customer since 2012 who has celebrated numerous special occasions at your restaurant, including Christmas Eve and birthday dinners, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service my party of five received this evening, 1/23/2026. While the staff was pleasant, the attentiveness was severely lacking. We were informed of a large party in the next room, but at a restaurant of Café L’Europa’s caliber and price point, this should not detract from the fundamental obligation to provide attentive and timely service to all guests. The wait for our main courses was excessively long, to the degree that one of my guests had to leave early due to the lateness of the hour. Furthermore, while the food was fair, it did not meet the expected standard discussed with my guests. For the significant price paid, the overall experience was not worth the value. The hallmark of a great restaurant is consistency, excellent service, even when managing multiple parties or a busy night. I have supported your business for over a decade and had hoped for a much better experience. Salmon was so very dry. Way overpriced as well. Good atmosphere & service but would not recommend this restaurant. Too many others with better food experience for the price.
