I surprised my spouse with a visit to this local brewery. We absolutely love the laid-back vibe. She had three beers that she absolutely loved. The people that work there are among the kindest that we have encountered. The pretzel bites were second to none, and the beer cheese was delicious. We can highly recommend it.

I was really disappointed with the service we received from Farah. While we were at the bar, she seemed much more focused on flirting with male customers than helping the people who were waiting to order. I stood there for about 10 minutes before I finally had to walk over and ask if I could place my order because I hadn’t been acknowledged at all. Even then, I felt completely ignored. There were also girls across the bar who had been waiting just as long without being helped. I understand that bars can get busy, but every customer deserves to be acknowledged and treated equally. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and professionalism made for a very frustrating experience.

I originally emailed the owners about this because I wanted to give them the opportunity to address it privately. After receiving no response, I’m posting my experience here. Unfortunately, the atmosphere at the Jupiter location has changed significantly since Farah started bartending. She is consistently rude and dismissive toward female customers while giving noticeably different attention to male patrons. Service is often slow, and the favoritism is obvious. The most uncomfortable part is watching her openly flirt with married men while their wives are sitting right beside them. It’s awkward, unprofessional, and it’s the reason many of us have started taking our business elsewhere. This isn’t coming from one upset customer. I’ve heard the same complaints from numerous people, and it’s becoming a common conversation around town. Civil Society has built an incredible reputation over the years, but ignoring feedback like this will only continue to hurt it.

This pizza tastes amazing—the cheese is so unique and delicious! 🍕✨ The staff here are also very friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the experience.
