Loved, loved this place. I had the Avo and Salmon and it didn’t disappoint. Fresh ingredients, and delicious 🤤 I must say, the best salmon, egg toast I ever had. The place was clean, comfortable sitting which I appreciated. This is not your regular breakfast menu, but rather your healthy ingredients dishes with a twist. Best way I could describe it. Definitely 👍🏻👍🏻 thumbs up!

This place was such an amazing surprise. We went in unsure of what to expect and found a true hidden gem. The staff was so friendly and kind and the menu was truly diverse. There is a Korean influence to the dishes which is where the restaurant gets its name, a fun play on Seoul becoming Soul. But the variety was unexpected! Delicious breakfast foods and comfort dishes combined with healthy but filling salads.. savory mains.. bubble tea, smoothies, and more! The hardest part was not ordering everything! It was all delicious and the restaurant was very cute and clean in its decor. The outdoor seating was nice with a ton of beautiful plants adding to the scenery. There's really something for everyone here and I definitely recommend a visit!

The food here is amazing. It’s way better than Pura Vida Miami and it’s way more affordable. The atmosphere is very chilled and the music is not annoying. It’s a nice modern smooth jazz so if you’re meeting somebody for breakfast or brunch, you can have a great conversation without the music being too loud. The staff is incredible. I highly recommend this place. If you haven’t been here yet I usually get the so good. Except I modify it no chickpeas, no tomatoes add a salad Eggs over Easy and a salmon I get a grilled. It’s a great source of protein. I leave the mushrooms that come with it and the sourdough bread and it also comes with a side of guac which I usually like it on the side not in the skillet, so it doesn’t get too warm.

As a local real estate agent and a mom of three, I’m always on the lookout for easy, reliable spots where I can enjoy a healthy and delicious breakfast or brunch in a calm, welcoming environment. And this café on PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens truly delivered. We had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. It was a quiet morning with plenty of space to sit, which made it perfect for a relaxed outing. I really appreciated that they offer both indoor and outdoor seating, giving you flexibility depending on your mood or the weather. The staff was incredibly nice, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming, which always makes a difference. The space itself feels open and comfortable, and it’s also very easy to find. Parking was a breeze with free street parking available, which is a big plus in this area. As for the food; It was delicious. We ordered pancakes with eggs and bacon, and the pancakes were super fluffy and perfectly cooked. I also had an omelet that was really flavorful and satisfying. And the coffee? Fantastic. Definitely a highlight. Overall, we were very happy with our visit. It’s the kind of place you can count on for a peaceful, enjoyable meal, whether you’re meeting clients, spending time with family, or just taking a quiet moment for yourself.

Great place for breakfast/lunch or afternoon bite. Coffee was very good, my wife said her chai was the best she’d ever had. Fresh ingredients with tasty combinations. I had the Mediterranean chicken and enjoyed it. Location tucked away in Midtown PGA but worth the trip.
