Our first visit to Skillets, unexpectedly on Christmas Eve.... Wonderful experience!! Like a Christmas Miracle, compared to other restaurant experiences lately. We were greeted promptly and courteously, and seated right away. Our server, Miss Sophia was friendly, prompt, attentive and efficient. Restaurant staff, who were not our servers, were also friendly, stopping by to make sure we were happy. We had the Bacon Avocado Skillet with a seasonal Apple Cranberry Scone, Cajun Chicken Skillet and Buttermilk Pancakes. Everything was delicious! Prices were acceptable, portions were perfect. I look forward to our next visit!

I have being in a different restaurant, but this place, ohhh!! Super different, not only in the food, something, that not everyone put attention, the cook kitchen line!! Clean, and sooo fantastic ambiance, seems like they have a great working kitchen, managers and staff. Caroline, our server was amazing. Darlene district manager!!! Ohh wow!! Just perfect!!

This establishment is new to the Wellington area and I've heard many good things about this company but unfortunately the hype did not meet the actual experience. The atmosphere is really nice and cozy and clean but the food was very disappointing, by far the driest omelet I've ever had and it was not pleasant at all, my wife's meal was also very dry. The skillet potatoes were also dry and unfortunately cold in the center. We ate what we could but left very dissatisfied and honestly disappointed. The strawberry scone was interesting in concept but again really dry and not very appetizing. The scrambled eggs that my child had were also overcooked and dried out, so was the story with the pancake also. I would have said something but the place was nearing closing time and honestly by then our appetite was gone. The server was informative in the beginning explaining all the specials and what not and we didn't see the server again until it was time to pay our bill and go. Overall not the greatest experience and rather disappointing.

Paige took great care of us today! We have been looking for a new breakfast spot in Wellington area. Loved the huevos & the eggs benedict! Great flavor & very kind service. Can’t wait to come back. I’m vegetarian & felt like there were plenty of options available.

Stopped here with a party of three for lunch at 1PM on a weekday. There was plenty of seating available and we were given a booth. Waters were brought to the table immediately and our server was very patient with the one difficult, somewhat challenging member of our party. Food came out in a timely manner and was good quality. Minor ding on the service for putting the wrong topping on one of the waffle orders (strawberries instead of blueberries), but I like both, so no need to make a fuss. Clean bathrooms and ample parking available. They have daily specials which were well explained by the host upon him seating us.
