The Jax crew recently catered my husband’s birthday party at my home from start to finish. Everything was absolutely wonderful.Jax’s Food truck arrived outside early and prepared an amazing upscale plated dinner for 20 The food truck is beautiful and what amazed me is that they prepared everything from my husband’s favorites, including stuffed squash, blossoms, and Filet mignon with a mushroom duxelles Sauce all prepared by the chef working in the truck And you needn’t worry because Alan brings the music with him from cocktails to hors d’oeuvres to entertainment this place does it all? The food was delicious, beautifully presented and enjoyed by all our guests. What was amazing is that I was able to relax and truly enjoy the evening and not worry about cooking and cleaning up in my kitchen Thank you for helping make this celebration A memorable one

We had a Family dinner at JAX. Started with Crispy Brussel sprouts that were very good. We ordered (3) Entrees; (1) Sesame Noodle Bowl with Sesame encrusted Tuna it was fantastic, very tasty & the noodles were cooked perfectly al dente. (2) Frutti De Mare was very good, the Linguine was cooked to our liking and the sauce was very tasty. (3) Crispy Asian Chicken Salad was good The Atmosphere was fun, as we all watch the Space Shuttle (NASA Artemis II) land on the TV located behind the bar. It was a pleasure to see the joy & comradery of the Jax Patrons sharing a moment. We look forward to going back to try additional dishes

I live right around the corner & always search for a great local place with good food. I’ve tried 3 times to have an enjoyable experience here. The host is not friendly. Kind of rude like I was bothering her just by coming in. My first impression should be important to a business The very first thing you notice is the SMELL. I don’t know exactly what it is but my husband says it’s bug spray It absolutely smells like RAID. It also may be the gas candles at each table RED FLAG there. Upon sitting at a table the smell never stops. I literally left the last time with a headache It’s sad! The food isn’t too bad & prices are reasonable I really wanted to make this my regular Saturday night place. Just can’t get past the smell :( Get a better host, maybe X the candles or raid smell and I’d be a regular for sure!

Jax Bistro and Bar is very good! Came at 6:15 on a Saturday without a reservation and the hostess sat us within 10 minutes outside. It was very chilly inside so glad we got to sit outside. All entrees come with either soup or salad and are around ~$30. The portions are generous and we all loved our food. I had a huge piece of trout that was cooked to perfection. Flavorful, juicy and crispy. The potatoes and veggies were buttery and seasoned well. My mom’s salmon was also very good, super thick and moist. Had a very char grill flavorful though that I thought was over powering. I saw other tables receive bread but we never got any. Staff are very friendly and seem to have fun doing their job. I would definitely come back again. And I highly recommend this place, make a reservation if you can!

Best burger in town! Their menu also has so much more. The food is delicious! The staff takes good care of you. Love this place.
