Update July 18, 2026 ⭐️⭐️- The food since changing over to TALL BOY has been on the decline. I’ve ordered wings, a burger, fries and chips. Not good at all. I just recently ordered a Caesar Salad with brisket. The brisket was super salty. Not enjoyable. My stomach started to hurt while eating it. Wasn’t able to finish it. The photo taken was the amount that was leftover that I couldn’t finish. They need the kind of chef they had before when I first posted the burgers because this food nowadays is not it. The bartender BRETT was amazing despite being very busy. He was definitely the saving grace of this whole visit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️From my first visit a year ago - This whole in the wall bar is such a fascinating spot with a dive bar vibe with exceptional food. The bartenders are always sweet and friendly. Such a great spot for anyone looking for delicious food with a tasty beverage.

Wanted to give this place 1 star but I gave 2 only because the bartender was super nice and attentive. The food was decent for a dive bar but nothing special. The real reason I’m leaving a review (which I never do) is because of the owner. He was not professional whatsoever. He was very passive and didn’t care about the complaint my boyfriend and I had. I won’t be returning back.

I've been in and out of this establishment many times over the past ten years and always loved the atmosphere. Seen plenty of new faces over the years, met the previous owners and staff and have always had a great time. This new place has a cool look to it which it definitely needed! The staff and food is great! I really want to give tall boy a 5 star review but the new owner really puts a bad taste in my mouth. Hes has such a bad energy about him when he walks into the building. I've tried introducing myself to him and he just gave me a smirk and said "yeah I own the place" and continued walking away while ignoring my hand shake. I thought maybe he was having a bad day but its everyday he walks into the building. I watch him belittle his employees with the way he speaks to them, I watch him angrily toss things around, he just doesnt seem like a really nice guy and he drains the fun out of the room when he appears. Other than that everything else is really good. The wings, smash burger, the drinks, and the sevice are what keeps me coming in.

Stopped in for a drink after a friend wanted to check the place out. I was a little concerned the bartender wasn’t wearing a mask. The seats at the bar were way to close to each other as well. Once someone literally sat next to me I had to go. Nice service and plenty of beers on tap. Great place to watch a game but Half the bar stools need to go to make it a safe place to drink imo.

Tried out tall boys for the first time and it was meh! The bartenders are nice but the owner was rude and frankly just a weird guy. The food is okay, you cant go wrong with a Caesar salad but clearly they can go wrong with wings.. worst ones ive had in a while.
