I was the ONLY customer sitting inside and they still forgot about my order FOR 20 minutes I sat there. All I got was a croissant sandwich. That’s it. I’ve been a regular customer of Vincent Lake Worth Beach for years, living just a few blocks away. I felt ignored…. My sandwich ended up being super cold and soggy (photo attached). It was just sitting by the counter and the lady told me my order wasn’t ready yet even though it was. Super dissatisfied with the service and food quality. I’ve included photos. So bad….

Everything was amazing. My sister brought us here and everything tasted amazing. I could've eaten everything. The pastries and Viennoiserie were immaculate highly recommend. Been dreaming of coming back. The baguette with pate was also excellent. I will be back and would take anyone who loves French pastries and cafes.

We stopped here for lunch on a whim. It was good, not great. Actually, everything looks really good, especially the pastries which we did not indulge in. You order inside at the counter. My husband went with the chicken pot pie, served with an Italian flag. I had the farmer sandwich. Our daughter had the provence sandwich. We sat outside, really lovely and relaxing. The ciabatta bread is really good, but otherwise, the sandwiches are pretty bland, not lots of flavor. The secret flavoring in the quinoa tabouleh was odd. We could not figure out if it was too much turmeric!

As locals, we’ve been coming to Vincent’s French Bakery fairly often for breakfast, and we also regularly buy their French bread and pastries. My wife and I went again yesterday because it’s close to home and usually convenient for a quick breakfast. We ordered the special: two sunny-side-up eggs with bacon on a bun. Unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The eggs were overcooked and dry, the bacon was soggy, and the sandwich overall lacked flavor. What disappointed us even more was the response from the staff. When an employee walked by, we politely mentioned the issues with our order. We weren’t asking for anything free or even expecting the order to be changed — we were simply giving feedback. His response was basically, “That’s how we make it,” and he walked away. No apology, no offer to involve a manager, and no interest in addressing the concern. That interaction left a really bad impression. We’ve supported this place as locals, but after this experience we’ll stop going there. There are many better places nearby with better food and much better customer service. It feels like they may be relying more on tourists and not caring much about repeat local customers anymore.

Staff was really friendly, service was quick and food was delicious. We got the ham and brie croissant and it was amazing. The usa croissant was really refreshing and not super sweet. Spent roughly 40$ after tip. Will return😁
