Best cortadito ever! I love stopping by for Cuban pastries, churros, pan de bono and cortadito (half coffee half milk) Yuli, in the Northlake location, makes the best cortadito always with a smile which makes it even better! The service is great in both locations (Belvedere and Northlake). There are two ladies named Betty that offer the best service as well! Thank you!

My husband and I bought three desserts about 30 minutes to closing time. Don’t know how long they were in the display but all three were really hard and tasted like cleaning chemicals. They looked fresh on the display but none of them were. The service was acceptable.

I buy pastries there when I'm in town. They're delicious and fairly priced. I wish they'd put names or a description on them. It's frustrating for the girls there and me to keep asking what they are. The floor's often dirty. Employees could be more friendly. These things are easy to fix and can improve sales.

I must say my first ordering from here weeks ago was unpleasant. I complained by writing and I was very pleased that I was heard and the manner in which you resolved it was very appreciative. So for that I had to try again and this time service was very good except for my coffees I put in Bold letters NO SUGAR and it was a missed. I’m a diabetic which I am seriously about my health so maybe they need to know what NO SUGAR means. Other than that all request was meet. I thank you for understanding my needs and for this I don’t mind doing busing with you. Again Thank You. Ms Gordon.
