My husband and I decided to stay in Delray for a staycation because we had a massive list of places to check out for dining. We stayed at the Ray, and when we were walking to our destination for breakfast we smelled something delightful. When in doubt, follow your nose ;) we ended up at the Pantry the first morning…. And we had to come back the following morning. The coffee is a symphony, the barista can make something based on your what you desire. I asked for cold no cream and just a tad sweet. I typically hate cold brew but this was so smooth I didn’t even know it was cold brew :) we got the cinnamon bun, a bacon pepper quiche and the naan wrap. I can’t even describe how the dough in the bun was perfectly moist and flaky, you don’t even need the icing on top. The outside of it is a crunchy sugar encrusted edge, but break that open and instead of ooey gooey, you have a light buttery cinnamon swirl of bread. The following morning, we got the banh mi, and the cheddar biscuit with ham, the chocolate pecan pop tart and the banana scone. Just go, you won’t regret it, the people are fantastic the space is comfy, and no matter what you get it’s a flavorful experience.

As a picky New Yorker who has tried too many NYC bakeries to count, this spot is right on par with the best of the best. The croissant cinnamon roll was a delicious and creative take on a cinnamon roll. The gluten free chocolate chip cookie was warm and gooey without being undercooked, and had the perfect amount of chocolate. The caramel latte with homemade syrup was also delicious, although my husband’s iced coffee was a bit acidic. Despite the place being incredibly busy (with a line out the door!), the staff remained very friendly, helpful, and conscious of a nut allergy. We are looking forward to coming back asap!

i love this hidden gem bakery. The gluten free selection is amazing and the iced caramel latte is to die for (it’s house made sauce). Shoutout to staff member Marley she has been working the past few times I’ve visited and is a doll. The muffin smash is a 10/10!

We are always looking for a nice breakfast spot in the area after our mini staycations on the ave. Finally had a chance to try the pantry and it was fantastic. The cheddar biscuit is fantastic. The miss Megan biscuit was my favorite. I’m looking forward to trying it again. The pastries all look fantastic. Only had the appetite for one and went with the almond croissant and it was so very good. There is a few tables out front to eat at, but it looked like most customers took the meals Togo. Overall this spot is great for a breakfast

We had dinner at Roses daughter (I also reviewed it) and loved it so much we had to try The Pantry. True to its name, it’s more of a grab and go spot with an amazing array of treats and savory bites. We split three things, and we liked them so much I didn’t even get a chance to take a picture which is rare for us. The cinnamon sugar pop tart - I mean talk about childhood food nostalgia meets an amazing bakery. 10/10 I will get this probably every time I go. We also split the Mortadella focaccia - I could seriously eat this sandwich every day, it had pistachio in it too so a perfect balance of salty savory fatty and nutty. Lastly the house made English muffin smash. The English muffin was perfect and there was sautéed onions, a fried egg, cheddar cheese, thicccc cut bacon, and a Chipotle aioli. Don’t make reviews like this when you’re hungry because you’ll be wanting to go back asap. My only note is that there are no plates right now (Oct 2025) so it’s more of a grab and go place which is fine- it’s a true pantry.
