So great when a new place opens... and it's every bit as fantastic as this one is. Brioche Bakery & Cafe is owned and operated by a French husband-and-wife team who actually met while working at Ladurée, the iconic Parisian luxury pâtisserie, established in 1862. Afterward, they opened and operated their own place in France for eight years before recently relocating to Florida and opening here in Delray Beach. I'm very happy they did... and after speaking with them today, it's obvious they are too. You can see it in their demeanor, their enthusiasm, and especially in the products. This place is clearly a labor of love. Brioche Bakery & Cafe deserves your attention. Maxime and her husband Andrea begin work at 5am every day to make sure everything is ready for opening at 7:30am (8am Sundays). It feels like the kind of place where items will sell out, so keep that in mind. Count me as a regular after my very first visit today. I tried a few things, and all were hauntingly good. The Almond Croissant has an unusual shape and an incredibly delicate almond center... absolutely loved it. The Apple & Cinnamon Brioche -- layered apples and apple pieces folded into buttery pastry with just a hint of cinnamon -- was another winner. Like everything here, super fresh. The sandwiches also looked incredibly tempting, so I tried the Chicken Salad Viennese -- chicken salad with onions, celery, lettuce, and mayo served on a Vienna roll. The chicken salad was perfectly balanced and the bread outstanding. Loved everything and will be back soon, as I'm interested in trying everything on the menu. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is a wonderful little spot! The staff was friendly and the café had a relaxed atmosphere. I would note to get here early as they were out of a few items when we arrived. We had come for the croissants, which were sold out. We did wind up selecting the cinnamon rolls and viennese with chocolate chips- we enjoyed them. We also had the fresh orange juice, which was delicious! I would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Stopped by this new bakery and it was delicious! Tried a variety of their pastries and my favorite was the almond brioche. The staff was very friendly and cafe had lots of nice seating. Highly recommend checking it out, you can tell they make all the pastries and breads in house. Will definitely return to try some of the breakfast options.

Wow!! I just needed a quick bite to eat after getting my nails done next door and my sandwich was incredible. Best brioche I’ve ever ate, and the chicken salad was so flavorful! Also was met with such warmness by the girls behind the counter when I walked in. I had a drink in my hand and she immediately offered to walk my food outside to my table for me and even came back two minutes later to make sure I was enjoying my food. Can really appreciate being treated so kindly.

This place was so good!! The women working were so kind, and the sandwiches were amazing. Seriously did not expect them to be that good for a small cafe.. but they were incredible. We had the eggcellent and the Provence. The I also had a vanilla latte which was very yummy. The vibe inside the cafe was awesome as well, very clean and pretty!! Definitely recommend.
