BWD …5* in EVERY way. Food ..bagels, omelettes, deli (pastrami, turkey, corn beef), the “sides” …my favorite is the toasted orzo. Staff …place is always well-staffed. As I’ve said to the owner & manager…they support everyone in the Boca area with a job..and EVERYONE one of the staff is nicer than the next (how often do you find that?). Muffins - life changing. Plenty of parking. I’m here 2-3x/week - for good reason! Room to eat both inside (nice a/c) or the tables outside. And v every other bagel shop..they’re open till 4 (an xtra hour to sit around and converse with friends, staff or just drink coffee). I’m a flavored coffee “junkie” - and it’s great flavored coffee…..I prefer the iced flavored to the hot. And, no, I don’t own a piece of BWD or get a free meal, and never met the owner/manager/staff till I came - yes, this is how I genuinely feel about BWD! I’ve been to both the location on Military Trail at the northern end of Boca as well as Federal/Linton corner - both equally 5* in EVERY way!
OMG we just catered our Easter brunch from here and everything was amazing. The food was delicious and everyone was excited to go home with leftovers. Like asked me if they could take some food home! French toast, pancakes, egg sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit...it was all a homerun! The whole catering experience was easy too. Bobbie is super helpful and thorough and oh so pleasant to deal with. Thank you Bagels with Deli, we really appreciate YOU!
Very good product. However, disorganized, constant mistakes with orders. This am ordered a bagel cream cheese on side, and muffin. Receive the order bagel has cream cheese on it, no muffin. Team member asks do you want us to fix the bagel order, instead of I’m sorry let me correct the order. Returns corrected order still no muffin. Mistakes happen, but this is an issue almost every time I visit. Lack of leadership is the issue. Easy fix, in a volume biz like theirs, have a mgr on duty overseeing and leading.
I usually love this place. But today I went and I was not given nearly enough cream cheese for my bagel. Please reprimand your workers. I’m not angry, just disappointed. I’d show a picture but Google doesn’t give the option to attach photos to reviews. I’m gonna write a review to fix that though.
They have a great bagel but there cream cheese isn't good , it taste like there butter in it , it just doesn't taste like good deli cream cheese , it's the one thing you don't skimp on bagels are dough big deal but your cream cheese has to be great , not good , not ok...Great !!!! it's gotta be great , it's a real shame too bc they prob have 1 of the best bagels , get grade A creem cheese pleaseeee !!!!!!!! you can afford it and trust me if you do your sales will def go up...
