The owner is a very nasty man. There are so many other places in my hood where the owners and managers are kind, friendly and appreciate their regulars instead of abusing them. I use to go every morning and I brought them a lot of business. Someone allowed their dog to defecate near their business and the owner blamed my dog. I have owned, lived and loved my beautiful neighborhood for over 14 years. The thought of disrespecting a business where I was enjoying my coffee and breakfast almost 7 days a week, as well as lunches and many take out meals a week is ludicrous. In addition, I encouraged and invited many friends to join me there for breakfast and to take out soup when they were sick as I did repeatedly. As I was walking by with my Yorkie and Aussie Sheppard, a few kind gentleman asked me to join them for coffee and generously offered my pups some of their bacon and enjoyed petting and getting kisses from my pups. The owner came outside like a raging bull and threatened to call the police if I did not get off his property. The gents were quickly trying to exchange phone numbers with me while they shook in fear of his anger. They then said, “He is crazy, just go quickly before he gets dangerous”. The others sitting outside at his tables were all shocked and asked me if I was OK. In conclusion, the sandwiches are great, the soups are yummy, and the salads are fresh. It’s too bad that the owner is unstable. However, the sweet girls he has hired to work for him are all dolls.

Beautiful store. Overwhelming amount of delicious looking treats. I happened to be here installing banners and couldn't resist trying a bagel They had a variety of different side salads, coleslaw. Macaroni salad. On top of a deli, able to cut fresh meats for your sandwiches. Reminds me of up north. Love this type of store. Will be back again!

Asked for a Asiago bacon egg and and cheese they said they had none ordered a lox bagel too when the food was ready, walked up to see that there was an asiago bagel right in the basket pointed out to them then they remade it finally got it after sitting at the place for 30 minutes for two singular bagels when I opened the lox bagel it was extremely flat it wasn’t toasted and it was stale. Decided to just leave because I didn’t want to waste any more time. I Do not recommend this place go to Palm beach bagel instead way better bagels and service

What can I say, they are absolutely fabulous. Besides the delicious bagels, and lox. Establishment was spotless, Manager Roy and staff was absolutely wonderful. Thank you so much for your hospitality. After we’re done finishing, we had our bagels to go !!!

I wanted a bagel. What I got was an eye-roll, an attitude, and food that barely qualifies as average. The owner is unbelievably rude. Not “having a bad day” rude. Not “busy morning” rude. Just flat-out hostile for no reason, like customers are an inconvenience she wishes would disappear. No greeting. No patience. Just pure disdain, served extra dry. As for the food, don’t let the line fool you. The bagels are aggressively mediocre. Nothing fresh, nothing memorable, nothing that justifies dealing with someone who seems annoyed that you dared walk in. Cream cheese slapped on like an afterthought. Zero pride in what’s being served. Here’s the thing: there are way too many good bagel shops out there to waste your money and your mood on this one. If being treated poorly is part of the brand, they’ve nailed it. If not, they might want to remember that customers don’t owe them anything. Save yourself the irritation. Get your bagels literally anywhere else.
