We had an amazing experience with both the food and the service. The sushi was incredibly fresh and well-prepared, and the presentation was absolutely beautiful. The “riceless” roll wrapped in cucumber stood out as a unique and refreshing twist, and the lettuce wrap appetizer was a favorite. The soufflé desserts were creative and different, and the chocolate lava cake was rich and delicious. Service was exceptional from start to finish, and the ambiance was dim, intimate, and elevated by cool lounge music. It is on the pricier side, but overall, it felt worth it for the quality and experience.

Genuinely may be the best meal of my entire life. The chefs are clearly exquisitely talented; every dish has the *exact* right balance of flavors, it’s truly extraordinary. For example, the sweet and sour halibut strikes the perfect balance of sweet without being sickly, tangy without being tart. The miso sea bass has a delicious marinade but is very subtle, allowing the quality of the fish (melt in your mouth texture) to take center stage. I highly recommend the chef’s sharing menu; for $115 per person you get 8 courses and get to experience a lot of the menu. We appreciated that the full table does not have to commit to it! I imagine they portion it depending on how many people are sharing; in our case only 2 of us did it and the portions were honestly perfect. I would have expected them to be smaller but we were able to eat to our hearts content, share a little with my dad, and still had a small amount of leftovers! Considering how expensive the appetizers and dim sum are, this option is the best value considering you get a sushi roll, 2 appetizers, the sea bass, the wagyu, fried rice, pad Thai, and soufflé. The lobster wontons off the dim sum menu are to DIE for, an absolute must. I could have eaten 4 orders of them. The vegetable spring rolls were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The duck bao buns (part of the sharing menu) were incredible; the bao bun was soft and fluffy and the duck was super flavorful with a delicious crust on it. Kung pao chicken lettuce wraps- excellent, no notes. The palm beach roll was nothing special but it was very fresh and it’s topped with delicious fresh conch. The miso sea bass with bok choy was truly divine. The wagyu was seriously out of this world. The cut was excellent quality, cooked perfectly, and its marinated in a delicious soy glaze packed with umami. The Wagyu is a MUST get. It paired perfectly with the fried rice which has shrimp and I believe either conch or crab in it. It was *really* good. The pad Thai was good but it wasn’t anything I hadn’t experienced before so if you’re going a la carte I would skip it and opt for the fried rice. The soufflé was so airy and light, the Oreo was yummy and it had a great mouth feel. The peach lychee martini was incredible and comes with little lychee popping boba! The service was also EXCELLENT- our waiter was lovely and friendly. My mom has a dairy allergy and they handled it with absolute grace. I was extremely impressed that each dish they brought to my mom (her entree as well as appetizers we got for the table) was brought by the same person who made sure to specify, each time, what was made dairy-free and which dishes she could not have. They even brought her mango sorbet on the house when they brought the soufflé for the rest of the table which she couldn’t have. You also start with complimentary edamame! Be prepared to drop $$$$ but you will absolutely get what you pay for!! Daydreaming of the next time I’ll be back.

My husband and I visited last Friday while we were in town from Orlando, and the food was so good that I couldn’t stop talking about it all week. We enjoyed it so much that we made the drive back to West Palm Beach yesterday specifically to eat here again. Unfortunately, the second experience was very different. I ordered the exact same meal as before. The appetizer and dessert were delicious, just as I remembered, but the entrée was disappointing. The sauce on the stir-fry vegetables didn’t taste right, and the rice was dry and seemed overcooked. I ended up leaving almost the entire meal untouched. What was most disappointing was that I mentioned my concerns to our server, but nothing was done to address the issue. I understand that every restaurant can have an off day, but when a guest brings a problem to your attention, some acknowledgment or effort to make it right goes a long way. It’s unfortunate because our first visit was outstanding and was the reason we made the trip back. Based on this most recent experience, however, I don’t think we’ll be returning.

We had an excellent dinner at Echo Palm Beach from start to finish. Jeff, the bartender, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and made me a perfectly crafted margarita. My friend ordered a Malbec that paired really well with our food. The sushi chef, Jonjie, recommended the lobster roll, and it was outstanding — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. My friend ordered the tuna tataki, which was incredibly tender and absolutely mouthwatering. We also shared the wagyu flat iron steak, and it was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. Gil, the manager, was very kind and made sure we were well taken care of. Between the great service, amazing food, and welcoming atmosphere, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend for dinner. We’ll absolutely be back.

So I only take the time to put a review if I feel that it’s worthy of five stars and Echo fits that criteria! My wife found this place as we have been vacationing in West Palm Beach. Very friendly from the moment, we walked through the door. I always like to start with the service, especially when they were outstanding. Our waiter Orlando was kind, engaging, and very knowledgeable of the food options. He did not steer us wrong! All the pictures will be posted here. I can’t remember off the top of my head, the names of everything. I do know that I got a flat iron steak dish that hadsome really nice tasting rice with it. My wife had a shrimp dish that was delicious. The appetizer we had was fantastic also. It was a short rib, surrounded by a delicious breading. Highly recommend! It was our six month anniversary and Orlando was nice enough to bring us out a lava molten chocolate cake with ice cream With a chunk of white chocolate, that’s it happy anniversary and two fortune cookies that Had chocolate drizzled over it. If you go there, you will not be disappointed with these dishes Or the service of Orlando if you request him. Echo management: Take note of the quality of employee you have here as well as your chefs. Kudos to all!💪
