If I could rate BlackBird a 10/10 I gladly would. From the ambiance to the food to the amazing service you receive from the valet greeting you with a smile once you arrive to the amazing hostess team they have. I need to give a shoutout to a few people for always making sure everything is phenomenal. Boston behind the bar makes some of the best drinks I have ever had and his sense of humor makes everything 10x better. Arianna the manager is always walking around with a smile and making sure her guests are taken care of she is amazing and a rockstar. Our server Lindsey took very special precautions due to a few food allergies and made sure I was able to eat the food I wanted to order. And lastly Walter the GM makes sure he not only stops at each table but he converses with you and makes you feel like family.
This was my first time trying Blackbird Modern Asian and I am so happy I gave them a try. The staff and service were great, our server Angie was so attentive and sweet. The atmosphere was very nice, and the food was amazing! They were not scared of flavors at all which I appreciate after trying and failing to find unique, creative, and flavorful dishes in other restaurants. The cocktails were phenomenal. Having a reservation was also great as we didn’t have to wait at all for a table.

Blackbird Modern Asian has been on my list since I moved to town, and after finally trying it, my only regret is not going sooner. The ambiance, decor, and overall vibe are incredible, and the staff made the experience even better with genuinely warm hospitality. The food was outstanding from start to finish. Every dish made us want to keep ordering more. The Gangnam Style cocktail was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The crab rangoons and edamame were both excellent, but the octopus was easily one of the highlights of the night. The duck fried rice was so good I came back the next day for takeout, and the General Tso’s chicken tasted fresh, crispy, and full of flavor without being overly heavy. What really stood out was the hospitality. Walter, the manager, personally thanked us for coming in and even brought out the Sichuan smoked ribs for us to try after hearing how much we loved the food. That kind of service is rare. Blackbird exceeded every expectation I had. Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had since moving here.
What an AMAZING place! Quite a Posh Palace and an uptown style of dining! From Valet parking to standard parking, upstairs, downstairs, and private dinner party floors, this place has it ALL! The scenery was ENCHANTING and the music was top notch new age! I felt like it was quite Lively! They have specialty menus for some patrons for happy hour pricing during the day and on Monday nights. My Son and future Daughter-in-law just got Engaged and we held a Celebration Engagement Party in their Honor! FYI, I had the main course called Bangkok Street Noodles and it was DELICIOUS! Although the dish was not as spicy as I thought it would have been, it was still flavorful!
