I was very impressed by both the quality of the ingredients and the overall flavor of the food. The beef carpaccio was delicious, full of flavor and perfectly seasoned. The chorizo and blood sausage were also outstanding. The highlight of the meal was definitely the ribeye. We sat at the bar and were able to watch it being cooked on the grill, which made the experience even better. The steak was incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned with just salt and pepper. It wasn’t greasy at all, and the quality of the meat was exceptional. The truffle fries were thick-cut yet wonderfully crispy, and the gnocchi were a pleasant surprise. They practically melted in your mouth and were packed with flavor. The only part of the meal that didn’t quite live up to the rest was the dessert. It was good, but compared to how exceptional everything else was, it wasn’t particularly memorable. Overall, an excellent dining experience with outstanding ingredients, expertly prepared dishes, and a fantastic steak that I would happily come back for.

The patio is beautiful (and dog friendly) with plenty of shade, misting fans, and TVs (perfect for watching the World Cup!). The servers were friendly and the food came out quickly. I got a salad with chimichuri and steak, and my dog got his own steak and rice from the doggy menu.

I had an amazing experience at Rancho Cantina. The service, food, and overall environment were beyond exceptional. The steak was cooked to perfection and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The atmosphere was spectacular and made the whole experience even better. My server Adam was outstanding in every way. He was respectful, always smiling, and had a great sense of timing, even knowing when to make a joke and keep things light. Truly a top-notch experience from start to finish.

I loved it! I was there to watch a World Cup match. It has a very warm atmosphere, service is excellent, the food was delicious. I ordered empanadas and pancakes with Dulce de leche and ice cream. I would definitely go back. I’m so glad we have a good Argentinian place in Palm Beach.

Wasn't aware that a reservation required for indoor seating, however they were able to accommodate us outdoor diningwas available. Hot afternoon but the food was great!!
