Sorry to say this place should be closed. It’s on State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach Bathroom was filthy, The booths were old and dirty. We ordered the fish and chips. Each plate came with about 10 French fries that looked recooked and were nubs. Salt and pepper already added. The fish was 4 pieces of thin battered fish that was over cooked as well…or maybe recooked. It was awful. I asked if this was how it was supposed to look and our waiter really didn’t know what to say. He offed me a trip to the salad bar. That was nice but I was suspicious of the salad bar after seeing the bathroom and our original order. Service was great…but can’t over come the poor quality of the food. I am going to try to post a photo of it.

"Joe provided outstanding service during my visit to Ruby Tuesday. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. He checked on us regularly, kept a positive attitude, and made the dining experience enjoyable. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but Joe definitely does. Thank you for the excellent hospitality—I will definitely be back!" Shy was absolutely amazing! Quick and efficient with acknowledging me as well as the other tables that she had. food came out fast and steaming hot. she was always quick with refilling my drink and acknowledging any needs i may have.

Ordered triple smash burger tater tots and mozzarella sticks which were all hot and super flavorful. Sprite was super cold and crisp with well balanced taste. Ordered their margarita relaxer which is extremely delicously amazing. Reporting live from SSNRADI0.

Overall a good experience. The restaurant wasn’t busy, yet the service moved a little slower than expected. That said, the staff was very attentive and friendly throughout the visit. The food was solid and exactly what you expect from Ruby Tuesday. Portions were generous, everything tasted right, and the salad bar was particularly good. Fresh, well stocked, and consistently replenished. You can’t help but feel a little nostalgic though. Ruby Tuesday used to be everywhere and operating at a different level. I really hope the brand finds its footing again because places like this still have a lot of value. Bottom line: good food, big portions, attentive staff, and a pleasant overall experience.
