Literally such a great atmosphere !! Thoroughly enjoyed my time and the food did not disappoint. Isabelle and Kiyah contributed to such a memorable night. I will definitely be coming back as they went above and beyond. The service was smooth, the food was flavorful and the workers were so knowledgeable with what they offer/promotions.

I had heard so many good things about Cooper’s Hawk and finally decided to check it out. I stopped by for a dessert wine and had a wonderful experience. We sat at the bar, which was elegant and welcoming, and the wine was excellent. The restaurant has a very classy atmosphere, with separate spaces for dining, the bar, and wine tasting. They also offer a great selection of wines, wine accessories, and other merchandise for purchase. As one of Wellington’s newer restaurants, it’s a great spot for a family dinner, meeting friends, enjoying a glass of wine, or shopping for wine-related gifts. Definitely worth a visit!

Had an amazing experience at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants in Wellington! The food was absolutely delicious from start to finish, the service was outstanding, and the ambiance had such an easygoing, inviting vibe. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal with friends, family, or for a date night. A special shoutout to our waiter, Nicholas, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and felt genuinely valued as both a person and a customer. His attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made the entire experience even more memorable. Definitely a place I’d highly recommend, and I’ll absolutely be back!

Wow! Cooper’s Hawk has officially arrived in Wellington - and it has stepped up dining in the area. From the moment we were seated, our waiter Chad set the tone for the evening. Warm, genuinely friendly, and deeply knowledgeable about the menu. His recommendation of wines to try as part of our wine flights was spot-on. Each pour offered a thoughtful progression of flavor, and together they served as the perfect introduction to our meal. I highly recommend the Malbec or Romance Red. For starters, I went with the Brussels sprouts, which at most restaurants, often falls flat; however, here they arrived beautifully caramelized, with s combo of crispy edges and super tender bites. It was cooked just right! My entrée, the pistachio crusted grouper, was the highlight of the night. The crust added a delicate crunch without overpowering the fish, which was perfectly cooked. My grouper was paired with creamy mashed potatoes and crisp asparagus which was quite delicious. My husband had the prime churrasco grilled steak, which he said lived up to its promise. It was savory and well seasoned but most importantly it was very tender. Overall, Cooper’s Hawk in Wellington delivers an experience that feels polished and inviting. The food was delish, the wine offerings elevated the meal, and our waiter Chad delivered exceptional service. This new location already feels like a welcome addition to the local dining scene in Wellington and one I look forward to coming back soon.

Nice place. Service is nice very cordial, food not really impressed was best ok. I ordered the chefs recommendation but wasn’t cooked really well so they have to re do it. Presentation was good. Wine selection is great they master that part.
